Low-Toxicity Natural Oil & Hydrocarbon Emulsification
CR Enviroclean is a low-toxicity, fully biodegradable cleaning additive designed to rapidly disperse and emulsify natural oils, fats, and hydrocarbons. Engineered for deep cargo hold cleaning, voyage transit washing, and shipboard maintenance, it delivers strong degreasing power while remaining safe on ship bulkheads and engine components.
- Rapid Fat & Oil Emulsification: Quickly breaks down animal, vegetable, fish, and mineral oils into water-mixable solutions.
- Low Toxicity & Biodegradable: Eco-conscious formulation that minimizes environmental footprint during offshore and port operations.
- Multi-Method Flexibility: Effective via high-pressure spraying, deep well pump circulation, or in-transit "Rock & Roll" washing.
Spraying Method: For heavy contaminants, spray neat directly onto the surface using a high-pressure sprayer. Allow 10 to 15 minutes contact time, then wash off thoroughly with water at ambient temperature.
Circulation Method: Circulate a 5% solution using the deep well pump through tank washing machines for ~5 hours at 40°C – 50°C. The solution may be transferred to subsequent tanks; rinse cleaned tanks thoroughly with water.
Rock & Roll Method (In-Transit): Fill the tank with a 5% CR Enviroclean solution. Utilize the ship’s natural rolling motion during transit between voyages to wash bulkheads.
General Cleaning & Hydrocarbon Removal: Apply for general degreasing, chloride removal, and maintenance of engine parts and bulkheads.

Handling Precautions: Product irritates the skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
