Hydrocarbon-Free Saponification & Multi-Surface Tank Cleaning
CR Aqua Cleaner M is a specialized water-based tank cleaner combining alkaline builders and water-compatible surfactants completely free from hydrocarbons. It rapidly saponifies vegetable oils, animal fats, grease, and heavy sludge in cargo tanks while remaining neutralized and safe for use across zinc-coated bulkheads, iron, steel, and epoxy linings.
- 100% Hydrocarbon-Free: Formulated without hydrocarbon solvents, delivering high cleaning efficacy while minimizing environmental impact.
- Zinc & Coating Safe: Specially neutralized formulation safe for direct application on zinc silicate, epoxy, phenolic, iron, and steel tanks.
- Rapid Saponification Power: Quickly emulsifies animal fats, vegetable oils, and industrial grease into easily rinsable solutions.
High-Pressure Spraying: For heavy contamination, wet the entire surface with neat CR Aqua Cleaner M using a high-pressure sprayer. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the solution to take effect before rinsing with ambient temperature water.
Circulation Cleaning: Prepare a 5% solution in water and circulate using a deep well pump through tank washing machines for ~5 hours at 40°C – 45°C. The solution may be transferred to subsequent tanks; rinse cleaned tanks thoroughly with fresh/sea water.
Parts Immersion: Soak small components in a 10% to 20% dilution bath in water (do not soak electrical, unsealed rubber/plastic, or concealed parts).
Optimum Temperature: Optimal grease and oil removal is achieved when heated to 45°C.
